Pre-Recorded Online Training
Our pre-recorded online courses are designed for seamless integration into a busy professional practice.
Every module is assessed, and upon completion, we issue certificates that provide valuable CPD points. The content is tailored to suit every level of your firm, from administrative staff to senior partners. To begin, we recommend our AML/CTF Action Plan course, which provides a foundational framework for understanding your obligations and implementing the practical steps necessary to ensure your firm remains fully compliant.
All our courses are accredited by the Legal Practice Board of WA, and satisfy the requirements to be interactive.
Live Training
For firms requiring a more collaborative approach, we offer live training sessions.
Our group sessions allow you to efficiently train your entire team at once, ensuring a consistent understanding of AML/CTF risks across the office. Alternatively, we can provide targeted training for specific team members or facilitate confidential boardroom discussions for management groups. We offer a range of pre-prepared modules but are equally happy to develop bespoke content to address your firm’s specific needs.
These sessions are available in person throughout Perth, or can be delivered remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We also occasionally deliver live training in other locations, so please feel free to ask us about your specific requirements.

Fiona Halsey is a financial services solicitor with over 30 years of experience and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).
A highly experienced and popular trainer, Fiona has delivered technical education for the Law Society of WA, UWA, and the Taxation Institute, among others.
She is deeply involved in the regulatory landscape, serving on AML/CTF working groups for the Law Council of Australia and the Law Society of WA.
Fiona’s training is designed to be engaging and accessible, turning complex regulatory requirements into an enjoyable and practical learning experience for all participants.
